Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an event you have reserved will incur a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please be sure to check it before your reservation.

Cancellation Fees

Non-participation without notice: 100% of the service price

Cancellation on the day of the event to 5 days in advance: 100% of the service price

Cancellation 6 to 8 days before the event: 50% of the service price

Cancellation 9 days or more before the event: no cancellation fee

– If your payment is not confirmed at least 7 days before an event, your reservation will be cancelled.

– If you are unable to participate in an event due to your own reasons under any circumstances, it will be treated as a cancellation for your own convenience.

Service/Event Cancellation

If we have to cancel our service/event for our own reasons, we will notify you by email or phone before the scheduled date of the service/event in principle, except in the case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters. In such cases, all fees will be fully refunded.

Please note that unless we notify you of a date/time change or cancellation of an event, your cancellation will be treated as a cancellation for your own convenience and subject to a cancellation fee. Please understand this in advance.

Refund Process

We will refund your payment in accordance with the policies of the online payment company through which you made the payment.
