- QWhat kind of individuals are in charge as teachers?

They are local Japanese experts well-versed in Japanese culture. All of them are enthusiastic about introducing various aspects of Japanese culture, including food, and are eager to share their knowledge.
- QI am a vegetarian/vegan. Is it okay for me to participate in the class?

Yes, it’s no problem at all. We also offer vegetarian/vegan options for the onigiri fillings, so don’t worry. Please let us know when you book a class.
- QDo you have a gluten-free option?

Yes. For those who prefer gluten-free options, we have a menu that excludes ingredients containing gluten such as wheat and soy sauce. Please let us know when you book a class.
- QCan I bring my luggage/suitcases to your facility?
- A
Absolutely. We have ample space, so feel free to bring your luggage. If you attend a morning class, you can leave your luggage in our facility after the class to explore the city, and then pick it up before leaving for your next destination or the airport. Please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance.
- QWhat payment methods do you accept?

We kindly ask you to pay in advance online.
Cancellation/Refund
– Seven days or more in advance of the class – 100% refund
– Two to six days in advance of the class – 80% refund
– The day before the class – 50% refund
– No-show or same-day cancellation – No refund
- QHow many people can participate in a class?
- A
Typically, we accept reservations from up to 8 people for a regular class.
For groups of more than 8 people, please let us know the details by filling out the contact form in this Contact/FAQ page. We can arrange a customized class, accommodating up to 20 people.
- QMay I take photos?

Certainly! Feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during the class.
- QCan I take private lessons?

Yes, we offer private lessons at NEXUS.
